Instructor stopped lessons without a refund?

Use this form if your instructor has stopped giving lessons you have already paid for and has not refunded you. Tell us what you paid and what you did not receive, and we will take it up with the instructor and, where it is not put right, refer it to the DVSA ADI Registrar.
