1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of learnnowpaylater.co.uk, operated by Learn Now Pay Later ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or making a booking you agree to them.

2. Our Service

We are an introducer. We connect pupils with approved driving instructors and introduce customers to Pay Later Finance for the funding of lessons. We do not deliver driving lessons ourselves. The contract for tuition is between you and your instructor.

3. Bookings

All information you give us must be accurate and complete. A booking is a request that is confirmed by us or by your instructor once a suitable instructor and start date are agreed.

4. Finance

All finance is provided by Pay Later Finance, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Finance is subject to status and eligibility. Repayment terms are typically between 12 and 24 months. We are a credit broker, not a lender, and we may receive a commission from the lender for introductions.

5. Payments

Payments are taken by card through our secure payment provider or through the finance plan agreed with Pay Later Finance. You should never send card or bank details by email.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Individual lessons should be cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise the lesson may still be charged. Refunds on lesson packages are handled in line with your package terms and, where finance is used, the terms of your credit agreement.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Hold a valid provisional or full driving licence where required
• Be fit and legally permitted to drive
• Follow your instructor's safety instructions

8. Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

10. Data and Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Data Policy.

11. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time and the latest version will always appear on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
